Major overhaul price includes all parts the manufacturer lists for replacement at overhaul. Grease and paint stripped. Critical inspection from crankshaft out to rocker shafts — electronic and mechanical — to new limits.

Disassembly. Degrease. Strip paint. Tag every part for the Integrity trail.
Electronic & mechanical measurement against manufacturer new-limit specs.
Palm Beach Aircraft Propellers FAA CRS LU4R349M — Zyglo, ultrasound, magnaflux. Defective indication → replaced. Period.
Crank reconditioned to new limits, counterweights refreshed, dynamic balance. New cam & lifters. Rods overhauled & balanced.
Case overhauled. Internals demagnetized. High-temp enamel baked on. Fresh balanced pistons.
Mobile test/dyno stand run-in. Logbook updated. FAA Form 8130-3 certifying certified repair-station work.
